If the cancellation occurs with a minimum advance notice of 5 consecutive days, there will be no cancellation fee.
If the cancellation occurs with an advance notice between 1 and 5 consecutive days, the customer will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.
If the cancellation occurs 24 hours before the tour, the customer will incur a cancellation fee of 100%.
